Soccer Game Preview: Timpview vs. Wasatch

Timpview hasn't had much luck against Wasatch recently, but that could start to change on Thursday. The Thunderbirds will head out on the road to square off against the Wasps at 7:00 p.m.

On Tuesday, Timpview came up short against Pleasant Grove and fell 3-1. That's two games in a row now that Timpview have lost by exactly two goals.

For some reason, the away team has come away with the win the last four times Wasatch and Spanish Fork have met, but the home crowd finally got their W on Tuesday. The Wasps blew past the Dons 5-0. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for Wasatch considering their one-goal performance the match before.

Wasatch's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-5. Those home victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 15 goals over those four contests. As for Timpview, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-10-1.
