Softball Recap: Port Charlotte Pirates vs. Oasis Sharks
Port Charlotte won the last time they faced Oasis and things went their way on Friday too. The Pirates came out on top against the Sharks by a score of 11-6.

Alyvia Schubiger was incredible, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 4-for-5. Those four hits gave her a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Abigail Donahue, who went 3-for-4 with one stolen base, one double, and one RBI.
Port Charlotte's win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 6-12. As for Oasis, their loss dropped their record down to 12-9.
Coming up, Port Charlotte will head out to square off against Hardee at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. The Pirates are facing the Wildcats at the right time seeing as the Wildcats are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Oasis, they will challenge Southwest Florida Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
