Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask General Brown). They were the clear victor by a 69-49 margin over the Indian River Wolves on Thursday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory the Lions have posted against the Wolves since January 20, 2023.

General Brown has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a massive bump to their 5-8 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 58.4 points per game. As for Indian River, with the loss, they broke their six-game winning streak and moved their record to 8-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. General Brown will challenge South Jefferson at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for Indian River, they will host Hermon-DeKalb Central at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday.
