Ansonia's game on Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Wilby Wildcats as they made off with a 3-0 win. The Chargers haven't had any issues with the Wildcats recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 25-19, 25-13.

Ansonia's record is now 7-8. As for Wilby, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-11 record this season.

Ansonia wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Holy Cross on the 22nd. As for Wilby, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Waterbury Career Academy at 5:15 p.m. on Thursday.
