Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but unfortunately for The Interlachen Rams, they weren't the ones who walked away with it. They suffered a tough 28-7 loss at the hands of Cocoa Beach on Thursday. Interlachen's loss continues a unfortunate trend for the squad, making it three in a row.

Jack Pavlik threw for 76 yards on 12 of 29 attempts. Kaleb McKinnon was his top target, picking up 58 receiving yards.

Interlachen's defeat was their sixth straight on the road , which bumped their record down to 2-8. That rough patch could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 4.8 points per game. As for Cocoa Beach, their win bumped their record up to 3-7.
