Plymouth Whitemarsh came out on top against Abington on Monday thanks in part to the team's impressive five-run fourth inning. The Colonials sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 7-5 victory over the Galloping Ghosts. The Colonials haven't had any issues with the Galloping Ghosts recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.
Bobby Pasquarello tossed a big game, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only two hits while striking out six over six innings pitched.
At the plate, Lucas Fresta was excellent, going 2-for-3 with two RBI. Those two RBI gave him a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Dominic Criscuolo, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with two RBI and one run.
