Basketball Recap: North Sevier Drops Season-High Score on Millard

It's playoff time, and North Sevier had no trouble coming through when it counted. They strolled past the Millard Eagles with points to spare on Wednesday, taking the game 74-57. The Wolves' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

North Sevier was led to victory by Brody Bulloch and Efrain Bernardino. Bulloch went 13-for-22 en route to 28 points and eight rebounds, while Bernardino went 7-for-9 from beyond the arc to rack up 25 points and three steals. Bulloch continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last four games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Kade Johnson, who went 5-for-10 on his way to 10 points and seven boards.

North Sevier was working as a unit and finished the game with 18 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.

North Sevier's win bumped their record up to 11-12. As for Millard, they dropped their record down to 5-18 with the loss, which was their fifth straight on the road.

Looking ahead, North Sevier will square off against Rowland Hall at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Rowland Hall is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 55.5 points per game this season. Millard does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
