Basketball Recap: Horatio Piles Up the Points Against Legacy Academy

Legacy Academy typically has all the answers at home, but on Friday Horatio proved too difficult a challenge. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Legacy Academy Warriors 55-15. The game was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point the Lions had established a 35 point advantage.

Reagan Oge and Oaklee Lofton certainly did their best on Friday to avoid the loss. Oge posted three points, while Lofton had seven points and eight rebounds. That was a full 46.7% of Legacy Academy's points, marking the 22nd time in a row she's scored more than a third of the team's points.

Horatio's win bumped their record up to 13-7. As for Legacy Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 21-5.

Horatio has already played their next match, a 62-30 defeat against Mountain Pine on the 4th. As for Legacy Academy, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 55-51 loss against Non Varsity Opponent on the 3rd.
