Softball Recap: Rushville Comes Up Short

Rushville fell victim to Greensburg and their airtight pitching crew on Monday. They lost 6-0 to the Pirates. The loss continues a trend for the Lions in their meetings with the Pirates: they've now lost three in a row.

Rushville's defeat dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Greensburg, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 6-1.

Coming up, Rushville will challenge Knightstown at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Greensburg, they will face off against North Decatur at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Pirates are facing the Chargers at the right time seeing as the Chargers are stuck on a three-game losing streak.
