Basketball Game Preview: Shenandoah Mustangs vs. Kuemper Knights

Shenandoah is on a five-game streak of home wins, while Kuemper is on a three-game streak of away wins: one of those streaks is about to end. The Shenandoah Mustangs will host the Kuemper Knights at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Shenandoah's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last three games.

Shenandoah is headed into the contest after thoroughly thrashing Jefferson: they outscored them in every quarter. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that Shenandoah blew Jefferson out of the water with a 62-13 final score. The Mustangs have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won ten matches by 23 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, Kuemper ended up a good deal behind St. Albert on Monday and lost 53-38. The Knights have struggled against the Falcons recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive lost matchup.

Kuemper's loss dropped their record down to 10-10. As for Shenandoah, their victory bumped their record up to 18-2.
