Soccer Game Preview: Northview vs. Druid Hills

The Northview Titans will head out on the road to square off against the Druid Hills Red Devils at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Northview's offense. They came up short against St. Pius X Catholic on Tuesday, falling 4-0. The Titans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Druid Hills entered their tilt with Clarkston on Monday with six consecutive wins , and they'll enter their next game with seven. Their defense stepped up to hand the Angoras a 7-0 shutout. The Red Devils might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven matchups by three goals or more this season.

Druid Hills pushed their record up to 9-1 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up zero goals over those five contests. As for Northview, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-6.
