Basketball Recap: Imperial Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Imperial can now relate to. They came up short against the Coronado Islanders on Tuesday, falling 81-58. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Tigers have suffered since December 7, 2024.

Imperial dropped their record down to 11-13 with the loss, which was their fifth straight on the road. As for Coronado, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 13-17.

As of now, neither Imperial nor Coronado have any future games scheduled.
