Great Bridge is 8-2 against Hickory since January of 2020 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Wildcats will be home for the holidays to greet the Hawks at 7:15 p.m. Hickory took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Great Bridge, who comes in off a win.

Great Bridge is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They strolled past Ocean Lakes with points to spare last Wednesday, taking the game 63-44. The victory continues a trend for the Wildcats in their matchups with the Dolphins: they've now won five in a row.

Meanwhile, Hickory was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their tenth straight defeat dating back to last season. They received a blow as they fell 65-51 to Ocean Lakes.

Great Bridge's win bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Hickory, their loss dropped their record down to 0-6.
