Volleyball Recap: Freeman Comes Up Short

Freeman lost against Godwin back in October of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Mavericks fell just short of the Eagles by a score of 3-2. The Mavericks have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Freeman's defeat dropped their record down to 4-6. As for Godwin, with the win, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 3-4.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Freeman is set to square off against their familiar foe Maggie Walker at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Godwin will take on rival J.R. Tucker at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
