Baseball Recap: Thomas-Fay-Custer Takes a Loss

Thomas-Fay-Custer was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat. They were two runs away from ending the streak, but they lost a 4-2 heartbreaker at the hands of the Pioneer-Pleasant Vale Mustangs. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest loss the Terriers have suffered since March 10th.

Thomas-Fay-Custer's defeat dropped their record down to 7-11. As for Pioneer-Pleasant Vale, they pushed their record up to 28-4 with the win, which was their 11th straight on the road.

Thomas-Fay-Custer does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Pioneer-Pleasant Vale, they will challenge Dover at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
