If Versailles wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Eldon, they should've done a better job of containing Corin Davis. The Mustangs walked away with a 57-46 win over the Tigers on Monday thanks in part to Davis, who dropped a double-double with 20 points and 13 boards. She has become a key player for Eldon: the team is 8-2 when she posts at least 15 points, but 3-5 otherwise.

The team also got some help courtesy of Karlie Wood, who posted nine points and five rebounds. She is also on a roll when it comes to field goal percentage, as she's posted one of at least 50% in the last three games she's played.

Eldon's record is now 11-7. As for Versailles, they have been struggling recently as they've lost 12 of their last 14 matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-16 record this season.

Eldon has already played their next game, a 68-40 loss against California on the 3rd. As for Versailles, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 64-21 defeat against Chillicothe on the 4th.
