It was a good run, but Delphi Community unfortunately witnessed the end of their five-game winning streak on Saturday. They fell 51-41 to the Twin Lakes Indians. If the Oracles were looking for revenge after losing 65-60 to the Indians when the teams met back in February of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

When it comes to explaining why Delphi Community lost, don't look at Xaine Tessier. Despite the final result, he went 5-for-11 on his way to 12 points and four steals. Tessier has been hot, having posted two or more steals the last six times he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Caulden Pulver, who posted six points and five boards.

Bryce Wilhite had an outrageously good game for Twin Lakes as he shot 50% from the field en route to 21 points and five rebounds. That's the most points Wilhite has posted since back in December of 2024. Another player making a difference was Kyle Kyser, who dropped a double-double with 11 points and 13 boards.

Delphi Community's defeat dropped their record down to 14-8. As for Twin Lakes, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 13-9.

Delphi Community didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 65-40 victory against Frankfort on the 28th. As for Twin Lakes, they have also already played their next game, a 71-25 win against North Newton on the 25th.
