Baseball Recap: Jefferson County North Takes a Loss

Wednesday just wasn't the day for Jefferson County North's offense. They came up short against the Valley Falls Dragons on Wednesday, falling 7-0. The Chargers haven't had much luck with the Dragons recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Jefferson County North saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Colby Olberding, who got on base in all four of his plate appearances with one double.

Jefferson County North's defeat dropped their record down to 5-22-3. As for Valley Falls, their win was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 21-4.

As of now, neither Jefferson County North nor the Dragons have any future games scheduled.
