The Rock Port Blue Jays narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past Platte Valley co-op [South Nodaway/Jefferson] 34-32 thanks in part to Meyerkorth, who went 8-for-19 to rack up 19 points in addition to six rebounds and five steals. That makes it three consecutive games in which she has scored at least a third of Rock Port's points.
