Groton-Dunstable suffers sixth straight loss at home

Recap: Groton-Dunstable Crusaders vs. Tyngsborough Tigers
It looks like the Groton-Dunstable Crusaders got the smaller half of the wishbone at Thanksgiving dinner. They suffered a tough 44-22 defeat at the hands of Tyngsborough on Thursday. The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Groton-Dunstable in their matchups with Tyngsborough: they've now lost seven in a row.
Tyngsborough got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Bryce Goulet out in front who rushed for 115 yards and two touchdowns on only 14 carries, and also threw for 128 yards and two touchdowns. Goulet's longest rush was for an incredible 72 yards. The team also got some help courtesy of Cadan Langenfeld, who gained 116 total yards and a touchdown.
Groton-Dunstable has yet to win a contest at home this season, leaving them with a 1-10 record. As for Tyngsborough, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 8-3.
Groton-Dunstable does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Tyngsborough also has no future games currently scheduled.
