Soccer Recap: Northwest Comes Up Short

After soaring to six goals the game before, Northwest was a bit more limited in their match on Saturday. They fell just short of the Taylor Yellowjackets by a score of 2-1.

Northwest's loss dropped their record down to 9-2-2. As for Taylor, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-5-1 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Northwest will venture away from home to face off against Williamsburg at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Taylor, they will head out to take on Madeira at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
