Basketball Recap: North Mac Comes Up Short

North Mac lost against New Berlin/Franklin/Waverly back in November of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The North Mac Panthers lost 67-41 to the New Berlin/Franklin/Waverly Vipers.

Savana Howell was a one-woman wrecking crew for New Berlin/Franklin/Waverly as she went 7 for 12 en route to 17 points in addition to eight rebounds and five steals. The dominant performance gave Howell a new career-high in points. Brielle Johnson was another key player, going 5 of 7 on her way to 10 points along with five boards and three steals.

North Mac's record now sits at 11-15. As for New Berlin/Franklin/Waverly, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 19-9 record this season.
