Basketball Recap: Westview Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Westview can now relate to. They fell to the McNary Celtics 63-58. The Wildcats just can't catch a break and have now endured 15 losses in a row.

Westview's defeat dropped their record down to 4-19. As for McNary, they moved to 5-17 with that victory, which also ended their eight-game losing streak.

Coming up, Westview will be playing in front of their home fans against Sunset at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Westview has given up an average of 49.9 points per game this season, so hopefully the team got some defensive drills in this week. As for McNary, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against South Salem at 6:15 p.m.
