Basketball Recap: Chapmanville Regional's Luck Changes for the Better on Saturday

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Parkersburg South, Chapmanville Regional was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They skirted past the Williamstown Yellowjackets 48-45. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Tigers as it put an end to their four-game losing streak.

Chapmanville Regional's victory bumped their record up to 4-5. As for Williamstown, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 9-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Chapmanville Regional will welcome Wayne at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Williamstown, they will host Ravenswood at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
