The Tennessee School for the Deaf Vikings will venture away from home to square off against the Louisiana School for the Deaf War Eagles at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday. Both come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Tennessee School for the Deaf picked up another tournament win on Friday. They walked away with a 52-39 victory over Eastern North Carolina School for the Deaf.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Louisiana School for the Deaf). They simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat Georgia School for the Deaf 81-47. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win the War Eagles have posted since January 26, 2024.

The victory made it two in a row for Louisiana School for the Deaf and bumps their season record up to 2-24. As for Tennessee School for the Deaf, they are also on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 7-3-1 record this season.

Tennessee School for the Deaf strolled past Louisiana School for the Deaf when the teams last played back in November of 2024 by a score of 44-28.
