Volleyball Recap: Switzerland County Comes Up Short

Switzerland County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Charlestown Pirates. The Pacers were not able to make up for their loss to the Pirates from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

Switzerland County may have fallen short, but they were sure consistent: they scored ten points in every single set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-10, 25-10.

Switzerland County's defeat dropped their record down to 5-20. As for Charlestown, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 13-17.

Switzerland County didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against New Washington on the 11th. As for Charlestown, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Clarksville on the 11th.
