After low-scoring totals in their previous three contests, East Hickman County brought some dynamite into their most recent matchup. Everything went their way against the Hickman County Bulldogs on Tuesday as the East Hickman County Eagles made off with a 12-6 victory. The win continues a trend for the Eagles in their matchups with the Bulldogs: they've now won six in a row.

Candence Cochran made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she tossed six innings while giving up just one earned run off five hits. She has been consistent : she hasn't given up more than one walk any time she's pitched this season. She was also stellar in the batter's box, scoring two runs while going 2-for-5. What's more, she posted three RBI, the most she's had since back in April of 2024.

In other batting news, Adelynn Oakley was incredible, scoring two runs while going 3-for-4. She also put up two RBI, which were her first of the season. Kylee Litton was another key player, scoring two runs while going 2-for-5.

East Hickman County kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 14 hits. That's the most hits they've managed all season.

East Hickman County's victory bumped their record up to 3-4. As for Hickman County, they are on a 20-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.
