Cedar Grove won the last time they faced Hopatcong and things went their way on Saturday too. The Panthers strolled past the Chiefs with points to spare, taking the game 71-52.

Cedar Grove's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for Hopatcong, they now also have a losing record of 1-2.

Coming up, Cedar Grove will finish 2025 at home by hosting Caldwell at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for Hopatcong, they are taking a road trip to challenge Jefferson Township at 10:15 a.m. on Tuesday.
