Volleyball Recap: Medfield Comes Up Short

Medfield was the 3-0 winner over Bellingham when they last played one another back in May of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Warriors fell just short of the Blackhawks by a score of 3-2 on Thursday.

Medfield actually scored more points across those five sets (101-98), but sadly they still had to settle for second. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 15-25, 18-25, 25-21, 15-10.

Medfield's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Bellingham, they pushed their record up to 5-2 with the win, which was their third straight at home.

Medfield didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 victory against Dighton-Rehoboth Regional on the 14th. As for Bellingham, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-2 win against Westwood on the 14th.
