It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Phoenix Military can now relate to. They had to suffer through a 95-33 loss at the hands of the Little Village Phoenix. The Firebirds' defeat signaled the end of their nine-game winning streak.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Little Village to victory, but perhaps none more so than Pablo Rodriguez, who shot 4-for-6 from deep and dropped a double-double on 16 points and 14 boards. Rodriguez has been hot, having posted 11 or more rebounds the last five times he's played. Another player making a difference was Emmanuel Resendez, who went 7 for 9 on his way to 18 points along with five boards and five steals.

Phoenix Military's loss ended a six-game streak of away wins and brought them to 9-3. As for Little Village, their win was their 14th straight at home, which pushed their record up to 22-5.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Uplift the next time they take the court. Little Village will head out to face Uplift at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, while Phoenix Military will head out to face them at 5:00 p.m. on February 13th.
