Soccer Recap: Princeton Comes Up Short

Princeton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 3-1 to the Greenbrier East Spartans. That's two games in a row now that Princeton have lost by exactly two goals.

Their goal came courtesy of Jaxson Richards, who's now up to two this season.

Princeton now has a losing record of 2-3-1. As for Greenbrier East, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Princeton didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next game, a 2-1 victory against Point Pleasant on the 6th. As for Greenbrier East, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next matchup, a 1-1 draw against Fairmont Senior on the 6th.
