Mira Loma won the last time they faced Del Campo and things went their way  on Thursday too. The Matadors put the hurt on the Cougars with a sharp  3-0 victory. The  win made it back-to-back  victories for the Matadors.
 Mira Loma never let Del Campo on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. The final score came out to 25-13, 25-11,  28-26.
 Harris Nazir paced Mira Loma's offense, picking up eight kills. Nazir got some help from  Abel Caza and his 13 assists.  Jordan Pehur controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.
Mira Loma's win bumped their record up to 6-11. As for Del Campo, they dropped their record down to 3-17 with the  loss, which was their fourth straight  on the road.
 Mira Loma has already played their next matchup,  a  3-1  defeat against Lincoln on the 21st. As for Del Campo, they will head out to  square off against River Valley  at 6:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. The Falcons will roll in looking for their  seventh straight  victory, something the Cougars surely won't give up without a fight.
