Fort Fairfield is 9-1 against Easton since February of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Saturday. The Fort Fairfield Tigers will be playing at home against the Easton Bears at 2:30 p.m. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, both will really light up the scoreboard.

Fort Fairfield will bounce into Saturday's contest after beating Southern Aroostook, who they had gone 2-7 against in their nine prior meetings. Fort Fairfield enjoyed a cozy 61-47 victory over Southern Aroostook on Tuesday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Tigers.

Meanwhile, Easton lost to Fort Kent on the road by a 71-57 margin on Thursday. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Friday (56), the Bears still had to take the loss.

Easton's defeat ended an 11-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 7-3. As for Fort Fairfield, their win bumped their record up to 4-5.

Fort Fairfield came out on top in a nail-biter against Easton in their previous meeting back in December of 2024, sneaking past 47-45. Will Fort Fairfield repeat their success, or does Easton have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
