Virginia High School League cancels basketball championships

Teams in classes 3, 4, 5 and 6 to be declared co-champions.

The Virginia High School League announced Thursday on its official site and social media that state tournament basketball games scheduled for Friday and Saturday have been canceled.
The move was made in response to growing concerns about the spread of coronavirus.
