Football Recap: Aragon Piles Up the Points Against Gunn + How To Watch

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Aragon). They claimed a resounding 42-0 victory over the Gunn Titans. The score at the end of the third wound up being the final score as the Dons just coasted through the last quarter.

Leading Aragon to victory were Jaxson Sullivan and Isaiah Johnson. Sullivan rushed for 216 yards and one score while picking up 8.3 yards per carry, while Johnson threw for 185 yards and five touchdowns.

They were just one part of a punishing run game: Aragon was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 239 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've managed all season.

Aragon didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Kymani Nabung and Charlie Wilcox.

Aragon now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Gunn, they now have a losing record of 2-3.

Aragon and Gunn will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next games. The next time the Dons see the field they'll take on Sequoia at 7:00 p.m. on October 10. As for Gunn, their break will end when they face Fremont at 7:00 p.m. on October 10.
