Soccer Recap: Rocklin Comes Up Short

Rocklin lost against Whitney back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Rocklin Thunder lost 4-1 to the Whitney Wildcats. While losing is never fun, the Thunder can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked 138th, while the Wildcats are ranked 50th).

This is the second loss in a row for Rocklin and nudges their season record down to 10-6-3. As for Whitney, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight matches, which provided a nice bump to their 10-4-7 record this season.

As of now, neither Rocklin nor Whitney have any future games scheduled.
