Softball Recap: Esparto Comes Up Short

Esparto was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against the Princeton Eagles, falling 21-4.

Esparto's loss dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Princeton, the win was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 9-3-1.

Looking ahead, Esparto will host Elite at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Princeton, they have already played their next game, a 1-0 victory against Happy Camp on the 10th.
