Softball Recap: Chequamegon Comes Up Short

Chequamegon and Hurley squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Chequamegon had to settle for second. They came up short against the Northstars, falling 12-6. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Screaming Eagles have suffered since April 30, 2024.

Chequamegon now has a losing record of 10-11. As for Hurley, their win bumped their record up to 10-8.

Chequamegon does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Hurley, they will square off against Shell Lake on Thursday.
