Baseball Recap: Johnson Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Johnson can now relate to. They came up short against the O'Connor Panthers on Thursday, falling 11-4. The Jaguars were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Panthers earlier this season, when they won 3-1.

Johnson's loss dropped their record down to 19-11. As for O'Connor, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-9 record this season.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Johnson beat O'Connor by a score of 7-6 later that day.
