Volleyball Recap: Maysville Panthers vs. Meadowbrook Colts
Maysville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Meadowbrook Colts. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Panthers of the 3-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture two weeks ago.
Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-8, 25-7, 25-7.
Maysville's defeat dropped their record down to 4-19. As for Meadowbrook, the win (which was their 20th in a row) raised their record to 22-1.
Maysville does not have any more games scheduled as of now. After both having extra time off, Meadowbrook and Morgan will shake off the cobwebs and face off against one another at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meadowbrook will be looking to keep their 12-game home win streak alive.
