Basketball Recap: Sherburne-Earlville Comes Up Short

Sherburne-Earlville was the 49-36 winner over Mt. Markham when they last played one another back in January of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Sherburne-Earlville Marauders took a 43-29 bruising from the Mt. Markham Mustangs on Monday. The defeat leaves the Marauders without a win on the season.

Sherburne-Earlville's loss dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Mt. Markham, they moved to 4-3 with that victory, which also ended their three-game losing streak.

Sherburne-Earlville will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Canastota at 7:00 p.m. As for Mt. Markham, they will head out to square off against Herkimer at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
