Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Plant). They took their game on Friday with ease, bagging a 34-0 win over the Seffner Christian Crusaders. The Panthers not only won on Friday, but they posted their biggest win since April 8, 2024.

Plant found their leader in sophomore Reese Pittman, who threw for 207 yards and four touchdowns. Melina Torres got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.

Plant's victory ended a six-game drought on the road and puts them at 4-8. As for Seffner Christian, they dropped their record down to 4-8 with the defeat, which was their sixth straight at home.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Plant will venture away from home to square off against Hillsborough at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. The Panthers are facing the Terriers at the right time seeing as the Terriers are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Seffner Christian, they are taking a road trip to face off against Citrus at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. The Hurricanes' defense has only allowed nine points per game this season, so the Crusaders' offense will have their work cut out for them.
