After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Cerritos, Oxford Academy was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They were the clear victors by a 15-8 margin over the Portola Bulldogs. Considering the Patriots have won 11 matches by more than six runs this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.
Emily Ganguly spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered three earned (and two unearned) runs on four hits.
