Baseball Recap: St. Michael the Archangel Continues Road Dominance on Tuesday

St. Michael the Archangel put another one in the bag on Tuesday to keep their perfect season alive. They came out on top against the Chrisman Bears by a score of 6-2. That's more bragging rights for the Guardians, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Evan Suddarth looked comfortable as he didn't allow a single earned run over four innings pitched.

At the plate, St. Michael the Archangel got a big performance out of Hunter Kane, who scored a run while going 2-for-3. Drew Hansen was another key player, scoring a run while going 2-for-2.

St. Michael the Archangel's win was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 3-0. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.5 runs on average over those games. As for Chrisman, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Looking ahead, St. Michael the Archangel will square off against Duchesne at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Chrisman, they will face off against Lincoln College Prep at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
