Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Hayesville). They put the hurt on the Blue Ridge Early College Bobcats with a sharp 5-0 victory on Monday. The high-scoring effort was just what Hayesville needed considering they were shut out in their previous matchup.

They hit Blue Ridge Early College with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Reese Segars (2), Summer Borchardt (2), and Alondra Garcia.

Hayesville's win bumped their record up to 2-8-1. As for Blue Ridge Early College, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-10.
