Volleyball Game Preview: Trinity Christian vs. Alleluia Community Angels

Trinity Christian hasn't had much luck against Alleluia Community recently, but that could start to change on Saturday. Trinity Christian will square off against Alleluia Community. The two teams are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.

Trinity Christian is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over CrossPointe Christian Academy.

Trinity Christian was especially dominant in the first set. The final score came out to 25-14, 25-18, 25-19.

Meanwhile, Alleluia Community had already won four in a row and they went ahead and made it five on Wednesday. Everything went their way against the Fightin' Irish as they made off with a 3-0 victory.

Alleluia Community not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Aquinas between 17 and 20 points across their sets. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-17, 25-20.

Alleluia Community's win bumped their record up to 28-5. As for Trinity Christian, their victory bumped their record up to 9-14.

Trinity Christian might still be hurting after the 3-0 loss they got from Alleluia Community when the teams last played back in September. Can Trinity Christian avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
