On Friday, the Business Engineering Science Tech Eagles blew past the Galloway Scots, posting a 93-49 win. The Eagles have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight matchups by 21 points or more this season.

Business Engineering Science Tech's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Joshua Mickell led the charge by shooting 4-for-5 from beyond the arc and dropping a double-double with 23 points and 12 rebounds. Mickell is also on a roll when it comes to three-point shooting accuracy, as he's posted one of at least 40% in the last three games he's played. Nicholas Dozier was another key player, dropping a triple-double with 14 points, ten boards, and 11 assists.

Business Engineering Science Tech was working as a unit and finished the game with 22 assists. That's the most assists they've posted since back in November of 2024.

Galloway's loss came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Justin 'JJ' Page, who went 8 of 18 on his way to 19 points in addition to eight rebounds and five assists. The dominant performance gave Page a new career-high in assists. Another player making a difference was Matt Edmonds, who posted 13 points.

The victory made it two in a row for Business Engineering Science Tech and bumps their season record up to 16-6. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 83.5 points over those games. As for Galloway, they have been struggling recently as they've lost nine of their last 11 games, which has put a noticeable dent in their 4-15 record this season.

Business Engineering Science Tech wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, an 89-39 win against Atlanta International on the 4th. As for Galloway, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 73-43 victory against Fulton Science Academy on the 1st.
