Wallkill came out on top in a nail-biter against Ellenville in their previous matchup back in May of 2023, sneaking past 6-4. One of the biggest obstacles trying to stand in the way of that victory was Ellenville's Hannah Lutz, who didn't allow a single earned run and only one hit while striking out 13 over eight innings pitched.
