Basketball Recap: Mamou Comes Up Short

Mamou lost to Bunkie back in February of 2021 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Demons were dealt a 56-17 defeat at the hands of the Panthers. The Demons have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Mamou's loss dropped their record down to 4-22. As for Bunkie, their victory bumped their record up to 7-12.

Coming up, Mamou will challenge Ville Platte at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Bunkie, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 48-13 win against Bolton Academy on the 6th.
