Basketball Recap: Bolivar Takes a Loss

Bolivar was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were four points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 59-55 heartbreaker at the hands of the Logan-Rogersville Wildcats. While losing is never fun, the Liberators can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Missouri basketball rankings (they are ranked 192nd, while the Wildcats are ranked 26th).

Bolivar's loss dropped their record down to 6-11. As for Logan-Rogersville, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last ten games, which provided a nice bump to their 11-3 record this season.

Bolivar will take on Early at 6:15 p.m. on January 28th. As for Logan-Rogersville, they will be playing at home against Blue Eye at 7:30 p.m. on January 27th.
